International Project Manager, education through e-learning

Working on international projects requires that the project manager possesses great skills and personal qualifications. As a project manager you are expected to master new fields and adapt to the multinational world in which we live.

The education International Project Manager gives you a thorough understanding of project management practices, methods and complexities which will help make your project more successful.

You improve your project management skills through knowledge of the key elements and team roles in a project and strengthening your personal qualifications within communication, conflict management, motivational- and collaboration.

With your new project management competences you will understand the complexity of international projects, the importance of cultural understanding and how you are supposed to manage/control a project – both its activities and finances.

E-Learning
- is learning solely through the e-learning platform. You decide when to work and when to learn. During your first online meeting with your instructor, your individual plan will be adjusted so that it fits your personal schedule. You will receive access to the materials and will be guided through the curriculum by written guides and online meetings. "Go as you please".

Target audience
The programme is for individuals with practical experience as a project manager and/or project assistant. Please contact us if you are not sure of your competence level.

As a minimum you are the holder of a business diploma (B.Com or B.Sc.) or have completed another higher education.

Project assignment
You are going to write a project assignment as a part of the education. The project assignment serves a basis for the conclusive oral exam and must be approved.

IPMA® certification
This programme supports an IPMA® Certification level D, C and B under the project association Dansk Projektledelse.
