Philosophy of IBC ProjectManagement

Requirements for project management skills are increasing rapidly in both the public and private sectors. Projects are becoming more strategic, complex and global in reach. That puts a higher demand on the competencies that a project manager must posses to be successful.

Project Management Trainings

Introduction to project management

• This course gives you a basic understanding of project management working method, models and tools
• Target audience - project participants and new/upcoming project managers
• Duration - 6 days over a period of 1-2 months

International project management

• This education gives you a thorough understanding of project management practices, methods and complexities which will help make your project more successful
• Target audience - experienced project managers who wish to improve their competencies within in the areas of project planning, communication, change management, cultural awareness and interpersonal relations
• Duration - 15 days over a period of 4-5 months
• ECTS-points/IPMA Certification - the training offers an internationally recognized exam with 10 ECTS-points and qualifies you for an IPMA Certification Level D, C or B

IT project management

• This education gives you a thorough understanding of project management practices, methods and complexities which will help make your project more successful
• Target audience - experienced project managers who wish to improve their competencies within in the areas of project planning, communication, change management and focus on special tools, techniques and approaches used for IT-projects
• Duration - 15 days over a period of 4-5 months
• ECTS-points/IPMA Certification - the training offers an internationally recognized exam with 10 ECTS-points and qualifies you for an IPMA Certification Level D, C or B

Diploma in project management

• This graduate programme in project management (bachelor-equivalent) is offered as a flexible learning approach with lectures and home assignments. Here you will work with theoretical models from the latest research combined with practical exercises
• The objective is to give you the ability to plan, lead and evaluate projects and large-scale change initiatives at the tactical and strategic level
• Target audience - senior project managers, programme managers and functional managers
• Duration - 2 1/2 - 3 years
• ECTS-points/IPMA Certification - the training offers and internationally recognized exam with 60 ECTS-points and qualifies you for an IPMA Certification Level D, C or B
